Why it matters
The homepage usually gets the care and the inner pages get forgotten. Missing titles and image descriptions make those pages unusable with a screen reader, which is a legal exposure as well as an SEO one.
How to check it yourself
Open three inner pages and check each browser tab title and a few images. Reused or empty titles and images with no description are the usual finds.
What the fix involves
Set titles, lang and alt text in shared layouts and metadata helpers so new pages inherit them instead of relying on someone remembering.
